A&D Auto Detect
Compatible with analog conventional and digital conventional modes. Allow MD622i to simultaneously monitor analog and digital modes and automatically
respond in each mode. It is an easy way for migrating to digital from analog.

ENLARGE TALKING RANGE
With a high RF power output up to 50W, MD622i can dramatically enlarge your communication range.

GPS POSITIONING (Optional)
With an external GPS module and GPS antenna, MD622i can upload its real-time position to AVL applications.

REMOTE CONTROL HEAD(Coming soon)
A remote control head kit reduces your concerns about installation and offers you a flexible solution for various vehicle types.

ANALOG SIGNALING
Support DTMF and HDC1200 for PTT ID and Emergency calls.

PRIVACY
Basic end-to-end Encryption secures your voice and data transmission.

EMERGENCY ALARM/CALL
Use the orange emergency button to initiate an emergency alarm and call other radios.

PSEUDO TRUNK
Several talk groups share the same frequency, and each one of them can dynamically choose to use one of the slots to talk. This is a two-slot-trunked mode. While time slot 1 is busy, MD622i will use time slot 2 to transmit.

RADIO REGISTRATION SERVICE
RRS allows MD622i to work in Smart Dispatch and SmartOne Dispatch, for online/offline presence.

SUPPLEMENTARY FEATURES (Optional)
MD622i supports radio Enable/Disable, Remoter Monitor, and Priority Interrupt.

BUILT-IN BLUETOOTH (Factory Optional)
Built-in Bluetooth supports MD622i to have wireless audio accessories and an external PTT device connected.

DATA SERVICES
MD622i supports data capabilities, such as call alias, contacts, history, and text message.

RELIABLE AND DURABLE
MD622i is compliant with MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G and IP54.

ROAMING
It allows MD622i to be used in a large multisite network.

Programming - Radios are programmable and will require programming to work with an existing system. Software and programming cables are not included with the radio and must be purchased separately.

Do I need an FCC License - FCC licenses are required for many business radio frequencies. The biggest advantage to licensing your frequencies is exclusivity. Using common or default frequencies often means dealing with interference from others nearby who are using the same frequencies.  We can help with the FCC application process.
